Hello all!
It is so good to see you here thanks for stopping by. My name is Jake and I am a bass player, campfire chord guitar player, and recording/mixing engineer with a focus on small group jazz as well as indie singer-songwriter. I grew up in Long Beach, California and started both my bass playing and audio engineering career in high school.
The University of North Texas took me out to live in Denton, Texas where I currently stay and work. I worked in the Recording Services department of the College of Music from Fall fo 2018 until Summer of 2023. In that time I gained tons of experience in the recording and broadcast world. I also have been working freelance recording my friends and projects I care about in my house and around the DFW area.
I just recently came out with a brand new solo project titles ‘songs from home’ that you can read about here! Anyone can become a friend hit me up and we will make some music!
